Install phonegap from http://phonegap.com, extract to somewhere where it can live. Run the update phonegap-2.4.0/lib/ios/bin/update_cordova_subproject utility and point it to the .xcodeproj for the uwish project. Perhaps run cordova_plist_to_config_xml, I don't know
