Summary

  • Add a Phase 47 boundary regression report for issue Phase 47: public/private/plugin boundary regression #367.
  • Record public-demo-check and plugin-release-check evidence, including public demo artifact counts, frontend build, mutation blocking coverage, plugin tests, MCP smoke, install acceptance, and secret scans.
  • Keep Mirror Codex UI tool-card evidence explicitly open until clean Codex app UI evidence exists.

Test Plan

  • ./make.ps1 public-demo-check
  • ./make.ps1 plugin-release-check
  • python scripts/check_no_secrets.py
  • python -m backend.app.cli audit-github-queue --repo YSCJRH/mirror-sim
  • git diff --check
