docs: move community health files into .github#50
Merged
Conversation
Declutter the project root by moving SECURITY.md, CONTRIBUTING.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md into .github (alongside the PR template and workflows), where GitHub still recognizes them. README and AGENTS.md links are updated to the new paths so the docs stay just as visible.

What
SECURITY.md,CONTRIBUTING.mdandCODE_OF_CONDUCT.mdinto.github/, next to the PR template and workflows.README.mdandAGENTS.mdlinks to the new paths. Why
Declutters the project root. GitHub recognizes these community health files in
.github/just as it does at the root (Security tab, contributing prompts, etc.), and the README still links to them so they stay just as visible. The internal CONTRIBUTING to CODE_OF_CONDUCT link stays valid since both now live in the same directory.Verification
