- biome.json: convert Biome 2.x includes[] to 1.x ignore[] - packages/: auto-fix 9 lint violations via biome check --fix --unsafe Verified locally: bun run lint exits 0. Enables bot PRs to pass CI.

Closing after scope creep. 3 fix waves landed (biome syntax, gitkeep, tsconfig for 6 solver packages) but verifier-runtime typecheck needs deeper repo owner work (missing @types/node, @types/bun, exactOptionalPropertyTypes violations). See issue #8 for full list. |
