Admin/restructure admin dashboard

The purpose of this pull request is to reformat the admin page in more visually appealing dashboard.

Changes made in the PR:

• restructured the file formatting to deal with an oversaturated AdminDashboard.tsx page
• added a homepage for admins, you would be able to see the current status of the organization
• case history - look at an overview of all the cases your organization is responsible for, look at the workload of each lawyer, and you can look into case details
• members - where you access "All Users" as well as add new users (and look at invites and as a later enhancement, resend invite emails with new activation tokens)

*Currently established as placholders

• General Settings - currently none of the functionality works but should be able to at least create the invite email template once the invite PR is merged
• Billing and Plan - can control their banking information, as well as look at the different tiers and upgrade if necessary
