Summary

Adds a complete voice memo plugin to PaperCache:

• Hold-to-record via global shortcut (Cmd+Shift+M). When the app is unfocused, a floating overlay window appears in the bottom-left corner.
• Live transcription using Web Speech API with Whisper API fallback.
• Custom audio waveform pillbox for playback.
• AI restructuring — transcribed voice notes are automatically sent to your configured AI model to produce structured action items.
• Settings toggle to enable/disable the plugin.
• macOS microphone permission (Info.plist).
• Fixed ThreadRng Send safety in save_asset (scoped rand::thread_rng() inside a block to drop before .await).
