@Graviton28 add instructions for creating a conda environment before loading one. Focus on the conda part first and then have a clear division for moving into pip. Follow this conda guide or link to it. Make sure to start with "module load miniconda3" so users don't try to install it themselves. Make sure to explain "conda init" since that's needed for "conda activate". Also show conda info --envs early on and explain the difference between system installed conda packages usable by everyone and ones installed in hoe directories that users can modify but no one else can see.
