Click the DOWNLOAD COVER button, to download a larger cover image from GOG, this is stored at a location you specify when responding to the prompt. Of course, if you always have it download with a game, you may never need to use this option. It is handy though, for game folders missing a cover image.

The black (DOS like) console windows that appear for different processes, can be hidden if you wish. You can set that option on the SETUP window. NOTE - They are not really hidden, just minimized on start, and can be maximized any time from that icon on your Windows taskbar. Those console windows show very little feedback, but it should also be displayed in the Status field(s) of the thumbnail cover section of the main window, with maybe a bit more information as well (at times).

The WEB (globe icon) button on the main GUI window, will take you to the web page at GOG of the selected game title.
FIND (magnifying glass icon) button.
If you want to find a game title on the 'Games' list and have it selected, then enter some unique text into the 'Title' input field, then click the FIND button.
Once you click the FIND button, it remembers the search text until you clear it. It is cleared by holding down the CTRL key while clicking the button.
The search process starts from the selected entry on the list, and cycles to the start of the list at need, so FIND also acts as NEXT.
If you use just a number in the search field, the search will go ahead, but you will be warned of an issue, and the visible result may be wrong. That can be avoided by using an additional space etc. This is due to the fact that numbers exist in a hidden ID column, and the search does all columns.
LAST button.
On first use of the program, the LAST button won't do anything. For it to be usable, you need to do two things. (1) Acquire a new game from GOG. (2) Click the CHECK or GET GAMES LIST button to get an updated list of games.
Once you have more than one new game, the LAST button cycles through a list of newly added games.
To reset the cycle, hold down CTRL while clicking the button.
The 'Program Information' button on the main GUI window, also provides usage information etc ... and some hidden features, that will be discussed further in ADVANCED USAGE.
