add option to auto continue after event is fired

This allows the tutorial to go to the next step immediately after the event is fired instead of waiting for next to be clicked.

I added an optional autoContinue option to step.require.

WebStorm added a bunch of it's files, so I added .idea/* to .gitignore.

Hi @zodern - I apologize for the extremely long delay on this.

I have been too busy to maintain this project effectively, so I gave you commit access to make any changes you'd like. It would be nice to follow the style used by the rest of the code and add some tests to this patch if possible.
