• Railway account setup and configuration for backend deployment were smooth and successful.
• The API for collecting user information, specifically todos for each day and completed todos, was successfully implemented.
• Setup and configuration for frontend deployment proceeded smoothly.
• Aesthetic enhancements were achieved, providing a consistent design.

What Didn't Go Well

• During the deployment configuration, some challenges were encountered, leading to delays in the process.
• Addressing percentage-related issues proved to be more complex than initially anticipated, requiring additional time and effort.

What Could Be Improved

• Improve documentation for the deployment process to provide clearer instructions and troubleshoot potential challenges.
• Enhance communication and collaboration between frontend and backend teams to address challenges more efficiently.
