Add some Clockcult Gear

Added clockcult gear, for those who follow Ratvar
The gear itself isn't unobtainable, but you can make it look like ratvar gear with chameleon

The treads and gauntlets could use resprites in the future

Ratvarian spear's damage was balanced to be somewhat better than the plasma spear, with airloss as a bonus damage type
