Summary

• Update minor/patch dependencies: @octokit/auth-app, @vitejs/plugin-react, express-session, globals, mongodb, prettier, react, react-dom, sort-package-json
• Skip eslint 9 → 10 major bump (eslint-plugin-react and eslint-plugin-react-hooks don't support it yet)

Test plan

• All 109 unit tests pass
• Linting and formatting clean
• Production build succeeds
