🔬 About Me

With over 15 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research, I design rigorous strategies to translate complex real-world data into actionable insights. My quantiative work has focused on large-scale survey and administrative datasets across organizational systems.

🔍 I’m especially passionate about:

  • Wrangling messy real-world data to uncover patterns and drive decisions
  • Designing rigorous analyses that yield practical value
  • Bridging technical precision with clear compelling communication

📈 My Quantitative Analytics Journey

My work began with large-scale survey operations, where I built end-to-end analytics workflows from raw data collection and transformation to modeling and stakeholder reporting. Early experience managing messy, human-reported data shaped my approach to data integrity, reproducibility, and scalable preprocessing pipelines.1, 2

Over time, I partnered with government and healthcare stakeholders to evaluate long-term services and supports programs using administrative claims and survey data.3, 4, 5 These projects required constructing structured analytic datasets from complex records, implementing robust missing data strategies, and delivering decision-oriented insights to policy and operational leaders. 6, 7, 8.

I have deep expertise in:

  • Data wrangling and preprocessing (extraction, transformation, recoding, deduplication, imputation)
  • Longitudinal and cross-sectional modeling
  • Generalized linear models (logistic, Poisson, negative binomial)
  • Survival analysis
  • Measurement strategy for behavioral and experience-based outcomes

A central focus of my work has been translating complex, subjective constructs (e.g., well-being, engagement, satisfaction) into rigorous quantitative frameworks that function as organizational and system-level performance metrics.9, 10, 11

Across projects, I emphasize:

  • Rigorous study design
  • Scalable analytic workflows
  • Clear communication of uncertainty and inference
  • Translating statistical output into actionable insight
