TestCentric Agent Core 2.0.0-beta4

As part of this release we had 6 issues closed.

Initial release of TestCentric.Agent.Core, versioned as 2.0.0-beta4 in order to coordinate with the beta4 releases of the API and the engine itself. The new assembly provides the base code for all the pluggable agents supported by TestCentric. It is not referenced by the engine itself.

The new assembly may be used in the creation of third-party agents similar to ours but it may not be suitable for every type of agent.
