Summary
Added reusable useKeyboardShortcuts hook for Ctrl-based shortcuts.
Added Ctrl + S support to save the active snippet form.
Added Ctrl + K support to focus snippet search.
Added Ctrl + N support to start a new snippet.
Added visible search controls and accessible shortcut metadata.
Reason
This improves productivity and accessibility for users who prefer keyboard-driven workflows while preserving visible non-keyboard fallbacks.
