Upgraded Microsoft.Extensions.* packages from 10.0.2 to 10.0.3, Microsoft.SourceLink.GitHub from 10.0.102 to 10.0.103, and Maui packages from 10.0.30 to 10.0.31. Also updated Serilog from 4.3.0 to 4.3.1. No functional code changes, only dependency version bumps.
