PR Description
Closes #174, Closes #35, Closes #168
Implemented resilient external log streaming for Winston using an asynchronous buffered transport capable of forwarding logs to external sinks such as Better Stack, Axiom, or Syslog providers. Added non-blocking batching, retry-safe delivery handling, graceful sink failure recovery, configurable environment-based setup, and transport-level resilience tests to ensure logs persist independently of server lifecycle events.
Implemented production-grade logging using Winston and Morgan with centralized logger configuration, HTTP request logging, persistent file-based logs, and structured error handling. Added dedicated error.log and combined.log outputs alongside development console logging to improve observability, debugging, and operational monitoring.
Implemented configurable mock API providers for local development to allow engineers to work without external Binance or VTPass credentials. Added environment-driven provider switching, randomized mock responses, provider abstraction layers, and test coverage to improve offline development, onboarding, and local testing workflows without affecting production integrations.
