Fills the one gap the agentic-OS recon found in the workspace model: ProfessionalWorkroom (the objective container) had no cadence/schedule concept.

Adds an optional captureCadence block that composes over the canonical sourceos-spec CaptureCadence + ReadinessScore (cadenceRef/readinessScoreRef URNs) and tracks the workroom's current week + readiness gate + next review — rather than duplicating the cadence model. Optional/back-compat; example demonstrates it; all workspace validators pass.

Part of building in the 5 handoff specs; pairs with sourceos-spec#191 (the CaptureCadence contract), prophet-mesh#14 (estate graph), and the client-vue Agentic OS console.
