Extracts Domains/life-first-value.ttl (banking: namespace, 20 classes — life value functional, life contribution flows, life-first value accounting) from the stale banking-twin/life-first-ep-tranche-v0-1 branch, whose other files (balance-sheet, banking-core, regulatory-reporting, banking context) are already on main (add/add duplicates). This lands only the genuinely-new module and adds the registry (catalog/banking_registry.ttl) + module-map entries the source branch omitted. make validate + validate_parsing green.

The source branch
banking-twin/life-first-ep-tranche-v0-1add/add-conflicts with main: itsbalance-sheet.ttl,banking-core.ttl,regulatory-reporting.ttl, andbanking.context.jsonldare already on main (same class counts) — duplicate versions. The only genuinely-new content islife-first-value.ttl, so this extracts just that, avoiding a fight with main's canonical banking module.Also adds the governance wiring the source branch omitted:
