Yes, this is real. This is a project made with Haxe that plays the song “A Poor Imitation” by S-Ame on a Nintendo DS or DSi, along with displaying the song's cover art.
Video coming soon on YouTube...
“A Poor Imitation” is by S-Saph. Get this song and more from the album IGNORANT BLISS available on BandCamp!
I don't really know, I was talking to a friend about how he wanted to make a game for the DS, and I came up with this silly idea of making the console play the song while displaying the song's cover art. After all, I already had experience bringing Haxe to a console (HaxeNXCompiler, HxCompileU). And I wanted to try a Nintendo DS (or DSi in my case), it was fun heh.
Now, this is NOT a serious project, so don't expect an automation tool, engine, or anything else from me for this console using Haxe.
