This project is a web-based prototype developed for the IIT Madras – FedEx Smart Hackathon.

Manual debt recovery processes lack visibility, accountability, and timely action.

Solution

A centralized AI-driven platform that:

• Recommends recovery actions
• Assigns DCAs using trust scores
• Enforces SLAs
• Provides real-time analytics
