It centralizes all leads, structures the sales pipeline, and automates communication to improve response and conversion rates.

⚑ Trigger

A new lead enters the system via:

  • Form submission
  • Landing page
  • Manual entry
  • External tools (ads, integrations)

  • A new lead is detected in the system

  • A new entry is automatically created in the CRM (ClickUp) with lead information

  • The lead is tagged based on source and priority

  • The lead is assigned to the appropriate person

  • An automatic message is sent to the lead

    • Introduction
    • Call-to-action (reply / book a call)
  • The system waits for a response

  • If the lead responds:

    • Status is updated to β€œEngaged”
    • A notification is sent for manual follow-up
  • If the lead does not respond:

    • A first follow-up is sent after 48 hours
    • A second follow-up is sent after a few days
    • Status is updated to β€œCold lead” if no response
  • The system continuously updates the pipeline stages

    • New β†’ Contacted β†’ Engaged β†’ Won / Lost
  • Notifications are triggered when a lead becomes active or ready to convert
