Problem: I can't see my Bitbucket projects
Solution: Log out of Shippable (https://app.shippable.com/logout) and log back in. You will need to reauthorize through Bitbucket. Navigate to "Profile" page from the left navbar and click "Sync".
Problem: Builds for private Bitbucket repositories are failing
Solution: Navigate to the Project settings page for the failing repository. Click the "Reset all keys" button.
Problem: gitRepo resource with Bitbucket integration fails to clone
Solution: Send an email to support@shippable.com providing your Subscription name. We will send you the public key that needs to be added to the repository in order to restore functionality.
