Adds vesuvius-sheet-tools to the Segmentation tools list.

CPU-friendly, multi-scroll tools that work directly on the official m7 surface predictions, streaming from the open S3 bucket (no downloads, no GPU needed):

  • Cleaning: CT-mask gating + small-component removal. Measured on the official predictions: ~66% of predicted voxels were outside the CT mask on Scroll 3 (PHerc0332) and ~50% on PHerc1218, plus 150k-230k noise components per crop.
  • Sheet-instance separation: distance-transform watershed with a calibrated merge criterion for over-segmentation (border-salience with an anti-percolation guard; calibration table in the README). On PHerc1218 (no human segments yet): 491→391 instances on a central crop with the largest instance at 4.6% of the mask; results reproduced across independent environments.
