Project KPI Summary

Overview

This repository presents an end-to-end residential construction estimating and project controls simulation. The project demonstrates how architectural and structural drawings can be converted into a structured quantity takeoff, bill of quantities, priced estimate, cost-loaded programme, and Earned Value Management dashboard.

The work was developed as a professional portfolio project to demonstrate practical capability in construction estimating, quantity surveying, commercial management, and project controls.
