Problem

Create a classifier module that can categorize Myspace captures into note, timetable, screenshot, link, file, or study material. This module will include both ML-based classification and deterministic fallback rules. The classifier will expose a simple API for the app to get capture categories with confidence scores.

Solution

Implement a classifier that first tries ML classification, falls back to rule-based classification, and returns normalized categories with confidence scores. Include fixtures for testing common capture types.
