Critical Changes

• Resolved issue introduced by release 0.4 when hardcoding namespace to resolve user reported issues; now uses CCI namespace injection. This should resolve issues with Metecho and developer requirement to remove hardcoded value for non-namespaced scratch orgs. [PR192]
• Removed duplicate scratch: line in CCI YAML which was causing issues with scratch org creation. [PR192]
• Included in CCI YAML update is the restructured sample indicators change, API update, Git Branch being main not master, and a new task and updated flows to deploy Account/Contact object metadata so that sample flexi-pages are auto-activated. [PR192]
• Required to update the illustration LWC due to deployment issues, using non-breaking space to resolve the SF CLI deployment error. [PR192]
