Summary

• add a self-contained priority support entitlement guard for the Revenue Infrastructure bounty
• audit premium support requests against plan tier, support add-on coverage, requester roster, unpaid invoice holds, SLA target, enterprise escalation approval, sensitive-data routing, and support overage billing
• generate deterministic JSON, Markdown, SVG, and MP4 reviewer artifacts from synthetic data only

Scope distinction

This is a distinct revenue-infrastructure slice for paid priority support and enterprise SLA handling. It does not overlap with existing generic billing, usage metering, payment disputes, renewal/cancellation, dunning, quote approval, receipt privacy, grant cost-share, sanctions/export-control, payment authorization, customer consolidation, invoice collections, storage overage, trial/promotion, or analytics seat/API licensing slices.
