Pull Request Description
Adds a new Example Component: CSS Magnetic Pull Accordion for Dashboard Analytics Layouts.
This submission introduces a premium, pure CSS accordion pattern built upon native HTML5
<details>and<summary>elements, ensuring zero JavaScript overhead and out-of-the-box keyboard accessibility. Visually, it features a unique "Magnetic Pull" interaction: when hovering or focusing the header, the entire row subtly pulls upwards viatransform: translateY()on a bouncycubic-beziercurve, while smoothly elevating itsbox-shadow. Furthermore, it utilizes modern CSS Grid transitions (grid-template-rows: 0frto1fr) to smoothly animate the opening and closing of the content panels, a technique previously thought impossible without JavaScript height calculations.Fixes #33134
