build: Moved to/added SapMachine

Hi Colleagues,

SapMachine is now available with
actions/setup-java@v4
Created a PR to migrate from Temurin 11 to SapMachine 17 and
added SapMachine to your list and updated to Java 17.
Please note that since the last Oct2024 release that Java 11 has no real progress anymore (cf the Backlog Items in OpenJDK). We Hardly recommend to update to minimum Java 17 LTS or to recent Java 21 LTS.

Yes, there is a Java 17 branch which seems to work fine, but there is still some testing to be done.

there is JDK17 Compatibility #25 what may help.
Hardly recommend to update your java version soon. Minimum to Java/SapMachine 17-LTS, better 21-LTS.
Since we/SAP ended the support for Java 11 in Dec24, there is (as you can see yourself in the table) nearly no progress in OpenJDK11 anymore.

compare the 'total issues' reduction over time within OpenJDK 11.
The 'total issues' in January25 and April2025 release should be +/- in the same range
