fix(swa): reduce top header bar height

Summary

• Make the top header bar shorter so it takes less vertical space, without altering the Lobstr title or info button styling.

Changes

SWA (swa/)

• style.css — reduce .header-bar vertical padding from 0.75rem to 0.3rem; horizontal padding (1rem), header h1, and .info-btn rules are unchanged.

Test plan

• Load the SWA and confirm the top bar is visibly shorter.
• Confirm the Lobstr title and the round "i" info button look unchanged and are vertically centred (no clipping).
• Click the info button and confirm the About modal still opens.
