Normalize add/subtract selection syntax for docs/autofill parity

Fixes #214

• What changed: Normalized add(...)/subtract(...) argument parsing for whitespace and wrapped labels ({}/[]), and aligned suggestions with docs syntax.
• Why this fixes it: formula selections entered via docs/autofill now parse consistently and reference the intended columns.
