Fix date-format selection parsing and formatting inputs

Fixes #215

• What changed: Updated date-format(...) parsing to support spacing and bracketed patterns, normalized pulled variables, and resolved values/uid from the result context.
• Why this fixes it: date-format selections now resolve the intended date input and render the expected formatted output.
