I think the AI agent who resolved the conflict either doesn't have permission to delete a file or was not sure if it safe to delete it.

Every thing else look good, so I think you can create a new branch manually and copy this, while only deleting this file instead. and we need to see what we can do about the agent being able to delete the file in merge conflicts in the future, @rnetser
