New .bat/.ps1 pair lets users copy vanilla saves to modded save slots with auto-backup, interactive slot selection, and bilingual (EN/ZH) UI. Also adds UTF-8 BOM to build script for correct Chinese character handling on Windows PowerShell 5.1.
