Hardware wallet support added : Pirate Plus

The changes made to electron-radiant adds support for the Pirate Plus hardware wallet. More details on the hardware wallet can be viewed at https://github.com/mullroy, https://github.com/mullroy/pirate_hardware_interface and https://barrrter.com/ad/details/pirate-chain-hardware-wallet

The main changes are:

• Use the xpub key from the hardware wallet to setup the viewing wallet with your addresses
• Send->Transaction review->Copy : If its a hardware wallet, format the output with additional information for the hardware wallet. This data is pasted into the Pirate Plus control software, which sends the transaction to the hardware wallet.
• Tools->Load transaction->From text: The signed transaction is copied from the Pirate Plus control software and pasted into the 'Input raw transaction' input box. Electron deserializes the signed transaction and displays all the fields. If you're satisified with the data the transaction can be broadcasted to conclude the transaction.
