按钮已使用 ri-add-line 图标，翻译中移除 '+ ' 前缀，避免显示两个加号。

<i class="ri-add-line"></i>图标，而翻译文案addNewWidget中又包含+前缀，导致重复。zh-CN.js、en-US.js中去掉addNewWidget的+前缀，仅保留图标显示一个加号。
