Mods can now patch the playlist without needing to copy the whole file in and override it.

New code scans all mods and looks for a file called
playlists_r5_patch.txtinside the root of the mod, and it looks for 3 operators.update,delete,borrow. In the attached example, theupdateoperator is used to add a new playlist calledexample_playlistto the existing large playlists instance.playlists_r5_patch.txt
