Summary
Closes the final P1 item on the dashboard UX backlog. Mobile TOC for the Guide was already shipped earlier (collapsible 'Contents' button below 1024px); forge-dashboard PR #180 closed the remaining usability gap by auto-collapsing the menu after a section link is clicked.
