Fix 'A easy-difficulty' grammar in all spec files#309

Corrects grammar in generator.py template and all 15 round specs plus 8 catalog specs that used the same pattern. Future generated specs will use 'An easy-difficulty' via the vowel check in generator. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
