This updates repetition handling so qubit-type resources are no longer aggregated across sequential iterations, which keeps derived quantities like
qubit_highwatercorrect for repeated routines. It also explicitly rejects custom repetitions where qubit resources depend on the iterator symbol.Please verify that you have completed the following steps
