…ce R1/R2 Author reconcile.yaml worksheet (untracked): 13 done items owned by OperatorConsole cited to existing docs, 2 cross-repo routing rows. Prune moved completed log/backlog history to the private archive (log 442->123 lines), leaving active sections + recent entries + a pointer; CHANGELOG gains one summary line per reconciled item. Flip audit.reconcile_enforce: true in .custodian/config.yaml so R1/R2 run now that the surface is reconciled. .gitignore now lists /.console/reconcile.yaml and /.console/archive/ explicitly.
