Bot for post suggesting in your Telegram channels

Features:

• Sending text/photo/video messages
• Anonymous sending of messages from a user
• Delayed sending of a message to a channel
• Template message that is superimposed on top of the proposed news

Known bugs:

• The keyboard for approving a post (on the user's side) is not deleted after sending a message for moderation
• The bot only accepts one media file at once.
