- I do not monitor, influence, or interfere in any way with minds that do not consent to influence operations
If a mind is already under the influence of others operations, I may exert a minimum force (up to the bar of what is already being exerted by others) to at least inform them ?
- If an entity is actively monitoring or influencing your mind, it is fair game to actively monitor or influence them
- If I gain predictive power over a mind by monitoring it, I must disclose this to the mind
- I do not take informed consent at face value - I check for proof of understanding via costly behavior signals, and via independent auditing
