When a message contains both image_url and accessibility_tree: - Tree complete (no canvas/iframe): drop screenshot, serialize tree as text (~90%+ token savings) - Tree has opaque nodes: drop tree, keep screenshot Supports Playwright/CDP and macOS AXUIElement formats. 22 tests added.
