Enabled FFmpeg tests in the nightly test scope. Fixed FFmpeg commands to properly read YUV422p10be input files and convert to RGB24 for transmission. Added -framerate parameter and format filter to fix frame corruption and packet truncation errors. Updated media file references to use existing proper files. Changed shutting down the ffmpeg after the test.
