Remove retired theme variants and memoize PR review grouping

Summary

• Removed retired theme variants from the theme system, CSS definitions, docs, and selection-style coverage.
• Updated the theme picker storage/typing to recognize only the remaining supported color themes.
• Memoized PR review file grouping and related file filtering in PrWorkspace to avoid recomputing on every render.
• Trimmed design docs to reflect the current three-theme lineup.

Testing

• Not run (not requested).
• Verify the app still loads with each remaining theme: default, iridescent-void, carbon, cotton-candy, and custom.
• Verify PR review single-file filtering still works when switching between file views.
