Add animated marketing background and simplify Git sync flows

Summary

• Add a full-page animated background and deepen the marketing theme to a true-black visual treatment.
• Update marketing sections to use stronger glows, separators, and border contrast for the new background.
• Simplify git pull behavior across server and web by removing rebase/conflict handling from the sync action.
• Remove legacy background-image settings and related app state migration logic from the web app.
• Clean up UI copy and state handling in branch, git actions, preview, and prompt-related components to match the simplified sync model.

Testing

• Not run (PR content only).
• Expected checks for the branch: bun fmt, bun lint, bun typecheck.
