Summary

  • Refactors the diff panel to handle empty or missing diffs more cleanly.
  • Adds and updates UI controls around prompt enhancement, chat headers, pairing, and settings surfaces.
  • Removes legacy telemetry and obsolete UI/code paths while aligning shared contracts and runtime wiring.
  • Includes release notes for v0.13.0 and related asset updates.
