Summary

  • Remove server-side telemetry plumbing, including startup heartbeats and provider/session event recording.
  • Strip analytics dependencies from the marketing app and remove the Vercel analytics embed.
  • Simplify runtime environment handling for git and GitHub CLI execution while keeping process env propagation direct.
  • Update app/package version metadata and clean up related release docs and contracts that were only used by telemetry.
  • Refresh several web UI components as part of the telemetry cleanup sweep.
